Walker Rehabilitation is a privately owned, Medicare and Medicaid Certified skilled nursing facility in Carbon Hill, Alabama.  Our facility can accommodate fifty-nine residents for short term rehab or long term residential stay.  

At our facility we value patient care and strive to provide the best care possible. Direct care is provided by our team of RN's, LPN's, Med Tech's, and CNA's. Our Wound Care Physician works directly with our in house VOHRA Certified Treatment Nurse, caring for our residents who require their services. We provide weekly visits by our Nurse Practitioner. Skilled services are provided by our in-house Therapy Team  consisting of our Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist and Speech Therapist.  We have a Medical Social Worker to oversee the wellbeing of our residents and Activity Team to provide a variety leisure and spiritual activities.

Our facility provides Dementia Care Training for our staff beginning at time of hire with ongoing trainings provided by our Certified Dementia Practitioner.
